Member Advisor

The Member Advisor is a lender within a Business Development role. This is a most exciting and unique opportunity insomuch as all leads are provided to the Member Advisor. This growth oriented company requires a servant leadership personality, consistently demonstrates exemplary customer service and advocacy for each Qualified Member and operates independently and interdependently with our underwriting team.  The Member Advisor will possess a high level of emotional intelligence and the willingness to become expert with our eight different loan purposes to advocate the highest levels of value add for each prospective healthcare member.

Qualifications

  • Two years or more in consultative selling
  • Ability to analyze financial data
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Ability to manage challenging conversations and overcoming objections
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Service-oriented
  • Ability to shift quickly without being in a hurry
  • Strong interpersonal skills rooted in faith
  • Self-Structure
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Undergraduate degree (preferred) or relevant employment experience
